I created and managed over 70 pay-per-click Google/Bing SEM Campaigns while also being first-tier phone and e-mail support for clients and sales representatives. I also did paperwork audits for new accounts and followed up with sales and account managers for accounts needing payment.


Interactive Project Manager, Stamats; Cedar Rapids, Iowa 2006-2009

I managed Interactive Projects from start to finish. Projects included Web site strategy, architecture, design, content, video and features for higher education institutions. I worked closely with clients, client consultants, teams of strategists, writers, designers and programmers to complete projects. I also reviewed strategic documents and provided editorial and strategic recommendations.

(Formerly DVR,Inc.) I managed Wholesale, B2B and Retail Web sites from start to launch. I assisted with all aspects of website development including server set up, CMS installation, content migration, data base uploads, bulk image processing, e-newsletters, and landing pages. I provided personal attention to each client including training and support.

I built and maintained Web sites using HTML, PHP, and created support graphics as needed. I was first tier tech support for incoming calls. I assisted with server administration: e-mail and DNS, training and follow up support.
